Australians: more obsessed with the weather than the Brits

There have been TWO developments since the last post: our stuff is here and summer has arrived.

Firstly stuff:

This was the kitchen I came home to the day it arrived:

For the girls, it was an early Christmas as they rediscovered their things.

Anyway, that's good, now onto the more exciting development: summer. Its getting hotter which inevitably means more beach related activity. It is important therefore to be kitted out correctly.

The sea is finally warm enough to swim in without wetsuits so consequently we are literally diving in.

Clovelly beach is perfect for swimming as it's really shallow

Darcey is totally rocking the swimming practice

There are other beaches which are worth a visit e.g. Bondi. Floz is all about embracing the sand

Bondi is obv. all about the waves

The lifesavers put dye in the waves to indicate the direction of the rips

Purple dye led to pink waves resulting in happy children

Bondi. I estimate at least 50% of the sunbathers were wearing full makeup. I love the place.

Lego trees and flowers at Coogee

Putting stones in holes at Shark Point

And a photo taken by their father (obv)

Finally this this car parks near our house. Quite like.

Bye! x x x
