Keith's been giving regular interviews to ABC Sydney and here is his latest, in his own words. https://soundcloud.com/bunkertron/keith-bunker-abc-31814 xxxxx
My name is Jared Saunders and I worked with Keith while he was at Channel 9. I was the original editor on Rear Window.
I'd like you to let him know how much I appreciated working with him.
He was inspirational.
In my time working in TV I have never come across someone who could push and challenge me like Keith did.
He made me want to work harder. Do better.
I remember when he first told me of his idea for Rear Window. He told me what to expect. The style - the in your face abruptness.
I remember thinking that he needed someone else because it wasn't "my thing"
I remember how we worked our way through the first edit and at the end I felt happy. I remember how I couldn't wait until the next week to do it all again.
There was something about him. Lively - energetic - a spark. The look on his face when something clicked - when the wheels had been set in motion. He loved what he did and that was infectious.
I can't put into words the influence he had over me. I am now in the process of producing my very own documentary. Something, which wouldn't have happened had I not met Keith.
I miss working with him. I miss his spark and creativity. I miss how he pushed boundaries and went against the grain.
